Close Reports

Hi, 

I am not able view the close reports.

Hi @geo0401! Are you trying to view someone else's reports which are in the Closed state, or your own reports? If an employee submitted reports but you're not able to see them, it's possible that the report was submitted on the wrong policy. 

You'll want to ask the employee to check which policy they submitted the reports on - they can do that by opening the report and looking in the upper right corner. If they need to submit the report on a different policy, they can just choose the Reopen button and then choose the appropriate policy from the upper right corner of the report.
