Alternate Employee Email Address
It is very frustrating that the email used in Expensify has to match the one in the employee file in Quickbooks Desktop for exports to work. Our employees need to use their company email for all the Expensify reminders (approvals, etc.) because it is work related, but the email we have for them in QuickBooks is their permanent personal email (that way their paystubs, w2s, etc. are sent to an email address they will still have access to if they are no longer employed by us).
I know we can add secondary emails in Expensify, but currently the Primary address is required to match their email in Quickbooks AND all correspondence for Expensify also goes to their Primary address.
Please make it so they can have a different email address as their Primary for Expensify communications than the one that is required to match QB.
