Capital One problems?

My business uses a Capital One Corporate card.  For whatever reason, Expensify has not been able to import transactions since about August 6th.  I've been waiting for help with this but have received only one response indicating that I could manually download transactions from Capital One's site to CSV and then import to Expensify.  I did that.  However, that path was for personal card transactions.  Now, they won't match with receipts that I've uploaded to Expensify, so I can't import transactions to QuickBooks.  I really need to get Expensify to automatically import transactions again.  Anyone have any ideas or advice?
