A vacation delegate is an individual using Expensify already who you can designate to approve reports on your behalf when you go away for vacation or personal leave. After your delegate approves, the report will follow the same workflow it would have, had you approved the report.
In addition, the report's history section will capture a clear audit trail, indicating when your vacation delegate took an action on your behalf. If a vacation delegate has their own vacation delegate, reports will continue to forward through.
