Unscanned receipts now closed

I have lots of receipts that did not get scanned by epensify. Now the receipts are 'closed' with the amount at $0. How do I fix this?

Hi @GIC, thanks for posting in the community. Since the receipts are in the 'Closed' state, it means they are on a report that has been submitted.
If you reopen the report that was submitted, you should be able to trigger SmartScan on those expenses. To do this, click on the report in your Report page and then the 'Reopen' button at the top of the report.
Did you recently upgrade to using a policy? Perhaps the receipts were submitted before a policy was created?
