If you have User level information, it might be important to include in your export. Heads up, these formulas will only populate data for reports which have been Approved

Use the formulas listed here to help create an export you can depend on!

Custom Field 1 and Custom Field 2  are within the people table in the policy settings and can be used to store anything related to the users invited to your policy.  Typically admins use this field for User or Payroll ID. (Please note, Custom Fields are a Control-level Policy feature.)

  • {report:submit:from:customfield1} would output the custom field 1 entry associated with the user who submitted the report. If John Smith’s Custom Field 1 contains 100, then this formula would output 100.
  • {report:submit:from:customfield2} would output the custom field 2 entry associated with the user who submitted the report. If John Smith’s Custom Field 2 contains 1234, then this formula would output 1234.
