Admin Bonuses
In addition to saving countless hours of time using the Expensify Card on every part of the expense management process from submitting to reconciling expenses, we're offering a serious reward for getting your company started.Assign Expensify Card limits to employees, and for up to five employees that spend $100 on their card, we'll reward the admin who set the limit with a $100 gift card (up to $500)
Employee Bonuses
An employee that makes life easier is one that needs to be recognized! Once Expensify Cards are enabled, employees can join in on the Welcome Bonus simply by using their card.Enter shipping information once your card limit is set, and we'll give you a $25 gift card.
Activate your Expensify Card once you've received it, and we'll give you another $25 gift card.
Use your card for the first time, and we'll give you a $25 gift card.
How Do I Earn the Welcome Bonus?
If you haven’t already set up the Expensify Card, you can enable it for your organization directly from the Expensify Inbox. Once you've finished this process, you’ll be able to assign cards and set individual limits for employees.
You can also schedule an intro call with our team to answer all your questions and outline how to get started with the Expensify Card.
If your organization has the Expensify Card, you’ll want to finish assigning cards and setting Smart Limits for at least five employees. Then encourage employees to switch all of their business spend onto the card. Doing so saves time for employees and admins alike. No more chasing down receipts or worrying about month-end reconciliation processes.

I only need this card for a couple employees but you guys keep emailing all 70 of them... it's so frustrating. I can't get any live support either. How do you send cards to a few select people, set their limits and stop you guys from sending all my employees spammy sounding emails about getting $25??!! [email protected]

Hey @ezotter79! When you enable the Expensify Card for your domain, all domain members will be eligible. However, as a Domain Admin you're in complete control of who receives a card!
For any domain member who you don't want to receive a card, you'll want to set their unapproved expense limit to $0. Any employee with an unapproved expense limit at $0 will not receive a card. You can set the unapproved expense limits at the Domain Group level or the individual level.
Regarding controlling notifications, each employee can configure their notification preferences within their account under Settings > Account > Preferences. You can find a helpful guide on managing contact preferences here.

What happened to the bonus if the company spends $10,000 by January 31st? Our company embraced the expensify card in a big way based on the bonus. Now the article above has been edited to remove that bonus.
