How can I add a Category like (Marketing)?

    @David_Wall_1972 Yes you can add custom categories if you have not linked Expensify to an accounting system such as Xero , Quickbooks etc and you have Policy Admin access in Expensify.
    Go to Settings > Policies> Categories > Add a Category. 

    If you have linked Expensify to your accounting system then it's best to manage your categories there in the chart of account. New accounts will get pulled into Expensify when you sychronize.
