Citizens bank is a popular bank on the east coast. They seemed to of partnered up with Giant Eagle (popular grocery store), so they get a lot of traffic. Are you able to add Citizens Bank to your system?

Thanks for the suggestion! It's quite an undertaking to establish an automated connection with a bank, so third party connections are typically driven by demand. With that said, if we see a critical mass of users looking for a Citizens Bank connection, it may be added to the docket down the road.

In the interim, you can always check out the banks that are part of our Approved! Banks program. Expensify has partnered with major banks around the world to provide a seamless import of credit card transactions to users' accounts. Below you can find a list of banks with the most reliable connections in Expensify:

    • Bank of America
    • Citibank
    • Capital One
    • Chase
    • Wells Fargo
    • Amex
    • Stripe
    • Brex
