Need to be able to split an expense between different categories

We are new Expensify Card users but have just discovered that Expensify Card expenses cannot be split between accounting categories. This is a major deficiency. When will it be fixed? I don't see how we can continue using the Expensify card without ability to split. It would require remembering to use a personal card for expenses that need to be split or writing special instructions to our bookkeeper to manually split the expense in quickbooks after the fact as a special transaction. Not practical to do this long term.

Thanks for the post! Totally agreed -- you should be able to split Expensify Card expenses. That said, it's not possible yet (as you rightly stated). We do have an open issue to implement this functionality, though, so if you write in to [email protected] with your request, we can attach your email to the case, so that you get notified once the feature is ready.

Hi Expensify team - can you follow-up on this? I'm still unable to split expensify expenses and it's been 2 years and 11 months since your reply here. Please advise.

Please disregard - I see that you cannot split a transaction that is pending on the Expensify card, but once the pending flag is removed, it's possible.
