Hi @Reina!
I suspect you're connecting with TBA, so this error refers specifically to the Expensify Integration role.
You'll want to head to the role, and ensure you have "Full" permissions for Expense Reports, Journal Entires, or Vendor Bills (depending on your export options) -
Please email [email protected] if you're still running into issues! -
We have having this same error, but have followed your instructions without any success. Any idea what else could cause this issue?

Hey @jduplooy,
You might also need to make sure your Expensify Integration role has full permissions to Employees or Vendors (depending on what you're exporting as) under the Lists section of the role's permissions. Can you try adding that, then syncing your policy, then exporting the report again?

@Brigid Bello I'm getting the same error. Tried everything but still getting the same error. Can you please advise?

Hey @Chinmay, can you check in NetSuite to make sure you have the latest Expensify Connect bundle installed? You can find instructions for checking and updating your bundle here, you should be using V 1.9 or above. You'll also want to confirm that the bundle is using the correct application ("Expensify") and the correct role ("Expensify Integration") in NetSuite.
If this still doesn't solve the issue, it's likely that your access token was not created correctly in NetSuite using the steps here. In that case, please reach out to the team at [email protected] so we can take a closer look at your setup!
