How do I change the email on my community profile?

Hi,  I don't have my login yet for Expensify as I just started.  I will be a Policy Admin but I don't want a login until I am comfortable in my role.  The problem is that when I signed into the community, it used my boss's email.  I need it changed as he doesn't need my notifications.

Hi @PattiS - you should be able to update your email in your profile.  First, click on your name in the upper right area, then you'll be able to click the down arrow here and edit to update the email.

I dont have the Edit Profile in my drop down. It only shows Preferences.

How can I access the Edit Profile?

Hi @Mathias_Korbes0 - I see this has changed a bit. Clicking the setting cog will allow you access to your account preferences. Clicking on the user name will access your profile.

But in my profile there is no option to change the name. I can change the picture and notification but not the name.

Hi @Mathias_Korbes0 I suspect I can change this for you as an Admin. Can you PM me the username you would prefer on this account and I will see if I can change it?

Is not actually for me but for a colleague that also has a Expensify account. Can you do that or does he has to request?

Hey @Mathias_Korbes0! For account privacy, if your colleague can't change the username by signing into his Expensify Community profile.

Clicking the Settings cog > Edit Profile.

And changing the username under Edit Profile.

Will you please have him click on either @Rachael Hopkins or my profile to send one of us a private message with the username he wants? Thanks!
