Will adding a copilot to my account increase the policy members on my policy?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for reaching out and joining the Community! Copiloting does indeed count as an additional active user on your policy. For more information on our billing policies and practices, please check out this guide, and please let us know if you have other questions! -
The link in Jeremy's answer (https://docs.expensify.com/en/articles/13760-pricing-policies-and-billing) no longer exists. I have the same question and wondering if billing rules around CoPilot have changed? I'm also curious for a current deep dive into the pricing and policies.

Hi Sophie, thank you for responding. The idea of a CoPilot is not explicitly addressed in the article. I've worked on other systems which have a similar type of login-as-another-user, and some don't consider that as two users, only the primary user being logged-into. Can you be more specific, if a user logs in as co-pilot, will that count as two users, the one who logged in, and the one who owns the report being acted on?

It actually is - under the section Activity-based billing:
So if the Copilot performed the billable action, it would be recorded against the Copilot account only.
