New User Unable to Validate Account

I have a new user.  He's trying to establish a new Expensify user account.  When he attempts to create the account, he's asked to validate the account.  He requests that a new validation link be sent to his email and the email never arrives in his inbox.  Any suggestions?

    Hi @tadamsva, thanks for reaching out! There might be a deliverability issue related to the way this user's email client treats emails from Expensify. 

    If you're under a private domain, check with your IT person/department to ensure that and are both whitelisted to receive our emails.

    These are the email addresses that these types of notifications come from, so you'll want to check they're not being blocked.
