My project tags are not updating from Intacct to Expensify and I have sync so many times!

We would like to enable to the project dimension on Expensify reports. When i try to update the project tags by syncing to Intacct, they do not update. May you please advise?

It looks like we have replied via the support message channel also - I believe it's a case of just enabling the Projects on the integration.
You can do this under Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Connections - just click Configure, then go to the Coding tab, enable Projects, and Save. This should import the Projects as Tags. -

Hi @CherylRM, to confirm when you enable Projects in the Sage Intacct connection (screenshot below), it doesn't save? Are you getting an error message at all?

Hi,
I am not receiving an error message (see screenshot of projects enabled). I am able to enable projects, but when I go to the project tags in Expensify the tags are very different (see screenshot) than my projects in Intacct (see screenshot). May you please advise?
