cant get response from concierge so Im posting here

My husband uses a card that ends in 05xx. I use a card that ends in 12xx. Same business visa account. When he submits expenses for me to approve, they show as coming from me. He is using his card. How can I change it so they show as coming from him? I have an expensify account and he has his own account also. The email address he sends from is his. Please advise.

I do find it frustrating that I cannot speak to someone from Expensidy when there are problems, and they don't respond to text messages 100% of the time. They seem to miss some help questions.
