How do you get ahold of their support because their live chat NEVER RESPONDS

For two days straight I've tried to do a live chat and after almost 3 hours I had to go home with no response.  I've yet to figure out how to get ahold of someone.  Horrible customer service.  And using it is very time consuming.  I wouldn't use expensify if I did it all over again.

    Hi @TracyB! I'm sorry you haven't been happy with the support you've received thus far! 
    I see that you have several chats open with Concierge. To receive the most efficient support, I'd recommend keeping things contained within one chat until resolution moving forward.
    In this case, I'd recommend moving forward by responding to the most recent message from Concierge, and I'll be sure that the context from the other open chats is linked to that. We'll work with you there to get answer your questions and resolve any issues.
