ANZ Australia not supporting bank feeds to expensify

Pretty frustrated at this point. Was this close to moving the entire company to expensify, but not now. Spent ages getting setup, no help from the concierge. Just canned responses and whoever sensd the response doesn't even read what I've written.
So I know (now) that this link : https://use.expensify.com/anz has tiny footnote that its for ANZ New Zealand. But damn as Australia's second largest bank, I think I can be forgiven for thinking that at least included Australia.
This page (for example) makes no reference anywhere about this being ANZ new zealand only.

At this point if I could import a feed at domain level manually via CSV, I'd take that. But that doesn't seem to be an option.
Is there a timeline for either commercial support for bank feeds via ANZ Australia or a way to manually import?

You and I have had this conversation already, but to open it up for the world who may find this via google, let me illuminate things:
We would 100% LOVE for ANZ Australia to work with us like ANZ NZ have been. That would be amazing. So far they are not super interested, but maybe if they see how much their NZ customers like using Expensify seamlessly with ANZ bank, they will come to the party.
We did have a connection with ANZ, for the commercial cards in past, but as it was made with little input from the bank it was unstable to the point of being worse than no connection. We would love the be able to resurrect this.
Unfortunately, the only option for ANZ Australia customer is to try and get a VCF commercial feed from ANZ which we can connect into Expensify.
I am now going to go through and make sure that all our new help materials make it clear that this is ANZ NZ! Sorry for the frustration! -
Hello,
We have just got an ANZ VCF commercial feed and have tried to connect it.
Concierge says, "I noticed that we tried adding a commercial feed from ANZ. Is this an account based in Australia? If so, this type of feed is not compatible with Expensify. You'll need to import your cards via the spreadsheet import method." If we have to use the spreadsheet method, there is no point us using Expensify.
Also fairly frustrated having read the online fact sheets on ANZ and Expensify compatibility which indicate no such issues.
@Rachael Hopkins can you contact me regarding how to connect our VCF feed to Expensify? Please and thank you.
Regards,
Ashlea Malloy

@Ashlea_Synertec I've looked into your conversations and it appears were were able to work it out with you. If you continue to have any trouble, lets stick with the thread with Concierge. We would't want to share any personal information here.

Signed back in because of activity. Happened to click the link I referenced in my original post (which is the #2 google entry point to expensify if you google expensify and ANZ)
Despite your assurance you'd fix that stuff @Rachael Hopkins it still doesn't refer to Australia vs New Zealand. Not my job to review your documentation, but that tiny example tells me all I need to know about expensify. BS.

Does anyone know if this has changed at all in the past 3 years? Is it easier/possible to link ANZ (Australia) cards into Expensify?
