How does it work and what is the expensify card process?

- Will all reports be approved immediately?
No. Reports will continue to go through the approval workflow that is set up in the policy. Adding the Expensify Card to your domain will not change how reports are approved and exported into your accounting package.
- Will the expenses be charged from the credit card of the employee or the company?
Each employee can be given their own individual card with their own separate spend limit. We will collect all employee swipes on a daily basis and withdraw that amount from the checking account linked to the domain. This transaction happens daily, meaning that there will never be a balance due at the end of the month.
- Once the report is approved, will the costs of our credit card be charged?
The swiped amounts will have already been debited from your checking account before the reports are exported. However, approving and exporting the report is what facilitates the recording of the liability and expenses in your accounting package.I hope this helps answer your question. His first question was "How does it work and what is the expensify card process?" I don't feel that first 2 questions were answered or even a link given to where to find the process within Expensify. I am new to Expensify and my new company who is now wanting to start using credit cards, and I am newly researching how to do it, and this was one of the first articles I clicked on, and it would have been helpful for a link to the whole process, how to add a card and what else is involved in the credit card process. Thank you. I may just look for a youtube video....

But I have more questions too:
1.) Basically I want to know everything about the process.
2.) What are the admin customizations available – different spend limits for employees? Choosing specific employees to receive cards?
3.) Reimbursement / payment processes?
4.) What does the company need to do to get set up?
5.) What are the steps on the employees’ side for them to receive the cards?
6.) How do the cards work with regular reimbursement accts?
