Add a Tag to a policy via API

We use Salesforce for our CRM and I would like some way to add a Tag to a policy every time a Project record is created in Salesforce. Is this possible?

Are you using Salesforce through a spreadsheet export? If so, there isn't a way to have a tag created automatically each time the Project list is edited. This would require manually editing the tags list on the Expensify website (Settings - Policies - Group - [Policy Name] - Tags).
