Re Expensify card, and the responsibility between Employee and Company:
  1. Charges only paid once submitted by Employee and approved by Co?
  2. Monthly payment on time; non-payment: who's responsibility?
  3. Fees & penalties incurred (late fees, any borrowing/finance fees)
  4. Disputed charges: who responsible for disputing, settling, payment?
  5. Impact of late or non-payment on credit score: Employee or Co?
