How do I know what expense was manually created by me and uploaded via csv file by my finance team?

I have duplicates but I do not know what was created by me or what was created by my finance team. I am really struggling to match the amounts in a very big expense report

You can tell how an expense was created by the small icon to the left of the expense.
For example:- Expenses created manually by you will have a small cash icon.
- Expenses created via spreadsheet import by your finance team will have a spreadsheet icon. (below)
Additionally, when viewing the expense details for a specific expense, you can see how it was created at the top right corner. (below)
