The dreaded spinning wheel! Is anyone else having trouble?

1. I click save or approve and I get the spinning wheel...forever. Eventually, I just close Expensify and log back in. It doesn't stop the next one from having the same issue though.
2. I print as a pdf. But most of the data at the top is blank (no name, total, report name, etc.) I have to close the print screen, let it refresh, then reprint.
Expensify, any suggestions?

Hey @acctsupport, welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues in your account. Can you please share specific report IDs so I can investigate?
Also, when approving these reports can you please open your JS console, take a screenshot or the logs and send it to us? This will help with the investigation, thanks!

@IStisser What is a JS console?
And do you really want all the report IDs? I can't imagine how it would be helpful when it's an issue with virtually all of them.
I'll attach a screenshot of the print issue I'm having. I've changed computers and wifi and it makes no difference.

Hi @Kimberli - thank you for the screenshots! If you are using Chrome as your browser, here's how you can access the JS Console:
- Use the keyboard shortcuts. On Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J. On Mac: Cmd + Option + J.
- Select the Chrome Menu icon, menu -> More Tools -> Devloper Tools -> Console.
I'd recommend writing into Concierge with a few sample Report IDs so that we can continue to investigate the behavior you've mentioned. Thanks!
