Quickbooks Desktop: Vendor not set up in Quickbooks
Hi--I am trying to export credit card expenses/reports to QB Desktop. Every time it says the person isn't set up as a vendor in Quickbooks, but they are! The email addresses are exactly the same (in Expensify and in Quickbooks). What am I missing?? Thanks!

As a first step, please sync your connection via Settings>Policies>Group>[Policy Name]>Connections>Sync Now (under QuickBooks Desktop). After that, try to export the report again and see if that resolves the issue.
