Quickbooks Desktop initial sync giving error message at import chart of accounts

Initial connection and sync gets to the point of importing chart of accounts and then pops up an error message (3 different error messages are experienced). Most say something to the effect of cannot login to quickbooks.

We will need to look at your Expensify account to help troubleshoot this. Additionally, we may need you to send us a log file from QuickBooks to help identify the error.
