Ability to remove an empty domain

I know that you can currently reset a domain, but it would be nice to be able to remove it completely.
We have two companies... each with their own domain. We also have additional domains that act as "aliases" through Google for the main domains. When we started the account originally we added all of them, though we don't need all of them now.

Hey @daniellet88 !
If you need to remove your domain, you can accomplish this in two steps:
At this point, the domain should be removed from your Domains page. Resetting the domain releases the user accounts and they can delete or create their own accounts as needed. Any configurations that were applied in the domain settings will be lost.
After you take these steps, are you noticing that the domain is still lingering? If so, send a message to [email protected] and reference this thread, please.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have more questions.

0 · Accept Answer Off Topic Insightful Vote Up Awesome@Teresaf the only way to remove a domain is for all users with emails on this domain to close their accounts. In this case the last Domain Admin would need to reset the domain and close their account.
If the company to whom you sold the domain is also using Expensify then you can add one of their admins as a Domain Admin to the domain and then have them remove you from the domain admins list. If you migrated your company emails to a new domain then you'll want to instruct all of your users to make sure that they don't have the old domain email as a Secondary or Primary login. Once that is cleared and you are removed as a Domain Admin from the domain, then your ties to the domain will be cut.
