Great question! When you decide to upgrade from a free Expensify account to a paid account, you'll want to put a payment card on file.
To add your payment card
- Log into your account using your preferred browser,
- Head to Settings > Account > Payments > Payment Details,
- Click the Add Payment Card button and enter your details,
- You're done!
Note: If you are a billing owner who uses the Expensify Card, your monthly charges will be billed to your Expensify Card by default. In the event that payment fails on the Expensify Card and there is another card on file, Expensify will attempt to fall back on the other card.
