Is there a way to assign specific categories to certain users? As an example I only want certain users to have access to expense items to their own department, instead of having the option to expense elsewhere.
Thanks for writing in, @eschmeidler! Categories and Tags are dependent on the policy. Therefore, the only way to achieve this would be to have separate policies in Expensify for different users. As long as the Billing Owner is the same, you can create many policies and only be charged for use across all policies. Let me know if there's anything else I can clear up!
