Linking Account to Users

Hello,
My company is switching or potentially switching back to expensify. We have our chart of accounts linked to quickbooks. I can see that I can turn off account which is helpful but can I link certain accounts to users? The chart of accounts is a little different as instead of having travel accounts and people linked to their departments we have it set up like this.
Travel - Sales
Travel - IT
Travel - Marketing
Can I go in and only have the sales related accounts open to sales people and so on. I understand I will have to go in an do this manually but this would make it easier for our users and prevent us from reclassing or going in and fixing their accounts.

You can achieve this by having a policy for each group of people. For example, you can create three policies: Sales, IT, Marketing
Then, enable only the appropriate categories for the corresponding policy and invite the necessary users.
This ensures that the people added to each policy only see categories that apply to them.
