Merge a number of individual accounts/policies to group

HI there, I have been using the system for some months now, and have pressed my team and other teams to do the same.
We currently all have individual policies/accounts, can we all merge to a group/company account please? And if . so, what are the benefits please?

The main benefit(s) of having one group policy is:
- centralised billing for usage
- access to other's reports for approval, or reporting purposes
- only needing to set up policy rules in one place
- and more!
