I have an individual account and utilizing this app solely for receipt and mileage tracking for taxes. I am unsure if i need a report for different categories or all receipts for 2019 in whole.
It all depends on your preference! If you generally have a lot of expenses, I'd recommend divvying up expenses by quarter. So for example, one report for Q1 (January, February, & March), another for Q2 (April, May, June), etc.
Ultimately, you can report your expenses in any way that works best for you!
