While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. Policy import returns no data to D365
Hello, I'm testing the Expensify integration in a D365 test environment that was not the one originally used by my predecessor. Connection test and registration are successful, but no policies import. I can log in with the old credentials and see policies, reports, etc there. Might I need a new Client ID / Client Secret to work with a new D365 instance? I'm not tech-savvy enough to know how to troubleshoot this. Thanks!
