Policy import returns no data to D365

Hello, I'm testing the Expensify integration in a D365 test environment that was not the one originally used by my predecessor. Connection test and registration are successful, but no policies import. I can log in with the old credentials and see policies, reports, etc there. Might I need a new Client ID / Client Secret to work with a new D365 instance? I'm not tech-savvy enough to know how to troubleshoot this. Thanks!
