Deactivating account for editing

Hello! We are migrating to a new operating system requiring me to revamp all of our accounts and departments. I would love for the option to temporary suspend users so that they cannot enter reports during this time.

Hi @Kira you will need to remove them all from the policy and invite them again later, but there is a fast way!
You can quickly Export To CSV from the People page, then Select All (except Admins) and Remove. Then upload the CSV again when you are ready to reactivate!

I don't think this is a good option for us. We have lots of settings tied to each employee. An ideal fix would be a toggle on and off access to the policy for employees.

Hey Kira, by "settings tied to each employee", do you mean the Submits To, Approves To, Custom Field 1 etc?
As Rachael mentioned, exporting out to CSV is still a great option for that - as all of those fields will be stored in the spreadsheet, and then can be imported back into the People page once you're ready to get everyone back in!
