App Sync Issue

I'm an admin for my company and I've had numerous users report that their App isn't syncing lately. They have to manually sync it every time they use it for it to pull in new reports pending their approval, etc. I've sent 3 emails to Expensify about it over the last week and no one has responded yet. Anyone else having this issue? Thoughts or ideas?

@Megan_Duhon - Thanks for checking in about this! Do you know if the users who've had trouble syncing their app have an Android or an iPhone? Let me know if there's a common denominator with mobile devices or if there doesn't seem to be a pattern there.
