App Sync Issue

I'm an admin for my company and I've had numerous users report that their App isn't syncing lately. They have to manually sync it every time they use it for it to pull in new reports pending their approval, etc. I've sent 3 emails to Expensify about it over the last week and no one has responded yet. Anyone else having this issue? Thoughts or ideas?
