Response time from Concierge?

When I first started in Expensify in December, I got very quick responses - they really did get back to me in about an hour. I've been noticing lately that it sometimes takes days for them to even see my message. Has something changed in how Expensify is providing support?

Yep it took 5 days to get response to my last question, even though it said they typically respond within 2 hours. Plus all of the Knowledge Base articles disappeared, so we cant even try to figure things out ourselves unless we can get an answer on this community page. I am not sure what is going on.
