Receiving invalid SSN when trying to connect a bank account

    I have tried multiple times to connect a Business Bank account but keep getting an “invalid ssn” message and it won’t let me complete the setup. I have contacted the bank and verified all of the account info and made several pleas to Customer service with NO solution or suggestions. Any idea how I can correct? Strangely I can add the account as a PERSONAL acct but not as a business account. Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks.
