I am unable to open a report that has been previously approved. When I click on it it keeps loading and nothing happens. It is also a report that did not export into Quickbooks. HELP!!!!!!
Hi @JEN1200KLS, thanks for posting. I believe I found the report you're referring to, report ID 52674167.
I would like to escalate this behavior for some further review by our engineering team but before I do can you confirm the total of the report this is happening with?
No need to share the report name, I'm 90% sure I've got the right report but the report total will confirm if and I can escalate accordingly.

Thank you for confirming the report total! I was able to locate the report and I experienced the same issue when trying to open the report you mentioned. I've raised this with our engineers for them to take a look, and I'll let you know what they find as soon as I hear from them.
