Does Expensify Card daily settlement require expense report approvals?

Hello Stephanie. Could you confirm that daily settlement does not require expense report approvals? So, in theory, an approver could wait until the end of the month to approve the Expensify Card transactions. They may need to raise the Unapproved Expense Limit however to avoid employees' cards shutting off. I ask this because I had an Expensify customer who thought he needed to do approvals daily or enable automatic approvals to have daily settlement work.

Expense report approval will only come into play when considering the unapproved expense limit for a user's card. If a user has a $500 unapproved limit, then that means their card will stop working if the user has $500 worth of unapproved expenses.
Once expenses are approved, the limit will be updated and the card available for use again. -
Does this not make setting a dispute with a seller more difficult? They have their money without the ability to dispute a fraudulent or errant charge before review?
