Does this not make setting a dispute with a seller more difficult? They have their money without the ability to dispute a fraudulent or errant charge before review?
Great question, @Mark_Johnson! Our dispute process works just like any other card – once you submit the request we review the information and credit your account.
If you find you need to dispute a transaction, you can reach out to [email protected] and let us know which transactions you're disputing. Our team will work directly with you to dispute the transaction.
