Change Billing Account Owner

Hello, our previous billing account owner is no longer with the company. His company card was on file, and has since been deactivated. We're trying to update the billing account owner, so we update the billing credit card details, but cannot change the billing account owner from the previous person who is no longer with the company. Multiple emails, chats to Concierge, etc have not been returned. Of course, there is no phone number to call, so we're stuck!! This is incredibly frustrating as we have open expense reports, trying to complete our tax return, etc. HELP!!!

I have taken a look into your account and I can see that we have successfully moved billing ownership to someone else in the company as requested. Were you still having issues with payments? Please let me know and I can take a closer look for you.

Remember:
- Only another policy admin can take over billing and ownership of a policy,
- If you don't have any users with the policy admin role in the policy that needs to be transferred to a new owner, the best option is to work with your IT department to get a password for the current owner's Expensify account and then add the new owner as a policy admin so they can take over billing.
