Change Billing Account Owner
Hello, our previous billing account owner is no longer with the company. His company card was on file, and has since been deactivated. We're trying to update the billing account owner, so we update the billing credit card details, but cannot change the billing account owner from the previous person who is no longer with the company. Multiple emails, chats to Concierge, etc have not been returned. Of course, there is no phone number to call, so we're stuck!! This is incredibly frustrating as we have open expense reports, trying to complete our tax return, etc. HELP!!!
