CAN A CLOSED REPORT BE REOPENED? I accidentally closed several.

    Could you check to see if you are submitting on a company policy? If yes and the report is Closed, here are the two points to check:

    1. The policy you're submitting on has a Submit and Close approval workflow. In this case, reports are automatically closed upon submission. At this point, only a policy admin can reopen the report.
    2. If you submitted the report on your personal policy rather than the company policy. If this is the case, click on the report from your Reports page and use the Reopen button. This is located at the top of the report.

    If there is no reopen button, then a policy admin needs to reopen it for you.
