Where can I find the #EXPCARD-123456789 reports in Expensify?

I see #EXPCARD-123456789 as a Journal Entry number in Quickbooks when our Expensify Credit Card charges are imported. I can not seem to find these charges in Expensify. Can you tell me where they are located?

@Nick_Denby_2018 Good luck. I can't seem to get access to ANY january transactions and "engineers are working on it" is the only response i receive

@ShawnKocher Do you use the Expensify Card as well?
-
@Nick_Denby_2018 I still have the card, but have stopped using it until they can provide me with monthly statements

Hi @Nick_Denby_2018 and @ShawnKocher,
Thanks for posting here.
You can track all payments via the Expensify Card Payments Dashboard by heading to Settings > Account > Payments > Business Accounts. Note: you'll need to be signed into the account that added the Business Bank Account that your Expensify Card is connected to.
If you need to get a statement for the month, then you can head to Settings > Domains > [Domain Name] > Company Cards, and make use of the Reconciliation Dashboard. If you plug in your statement dates, we'll then bring up totals for each cardholder. Click the total and you'll be taken to the Expenses page, where you can select each expense and export to CSV.
I definitely recommend joining our Company Card webinar which will go into these functions more deeply.

@Matt Moore ... Thank you. The option to go to Settings>Account>Payments>Business Accounts did not work for me until late last week. For several weeks, I could not see any activity in January. Now that I can, I'll try to make sense of the journal entries Expensify has been sending to our general ledger.

OK, sounds good to me @ShawnKocher, if you need help getting up and running with the new process let me know.

@Matt Moore - yes, I'll need help. The "clearing" accounts Expensify created in my Chart of Accounts are not "clearing". It would be best if we could talk (human to human).

Hi @ShawnKocher - would you be able to write into Concierge about the issue you're experiencing with your Clearing Account? Since we may need screenshots to troubleshoot, it would be best to submit those there. Thanks!
-
@Mark Louis @Matt Moore - I've tried that over the last 6-7 weeks. Its extremely inefficient / ineffective.

This is why I don't like using Concierge and recommend you use older technology and actually talk person-to-person.
