When I go to SETTINGS -> DOMAINS, I just get a gray loading page that never loads. It looks like it is trying to load, but nothing happens. I don't have 3 days for Expensify support to get back to me. Any suggestions?
Hi @Jyoung - Shoot, sorry to hear you've been having issues accessing certain parts of the site. I looked around, but I haven't seen any widespread reports of folks having difficulty with the Domains page - that leads me to think it might be a localized issue. When you attempt to load the page, do you see any errors when you have the developer console window open in your browser? That might point us in the right direction.
I'm having the same issue please help!!! I've tried clearing cache/cookies, new browser, incognito/privacy browser. and signing in and out nothing working.
I FINALLY got it to work by opening Expensify in Firefox. Still won't work in any other browser, though. I'm not sure why.
@Jyoung Glad to hear opening the Domains page in Firefox worked for you! I've tried the same steps in your account via Google Chrome, and that did work for me.
We would still like to get this fixed, so I'd recommend using the in-app messenger to start a conversation with Concierge so that we can fix whatever is stopping you from using the Domains page in your typical browser!
@AaronM Similarly, I can't get the same affect within your account I'm sorry to say! As I mentioned, we'd love to get some more details, which Concierge can guide you through.

I have been having the same issues for a week. I've done all of the above and still can't access the domain.
I am also having the same issues.
I had these issues a few weeks ago, saw this post, tried the options listed, attempted to open expensify in various browsers (e.g. Firefox, google, yahoo). Nothing worked until I created a new expensify account. Actually, I think that’s what worked. I’m not positive.
I recently had my wallet stolen, so I’m really regretting that decision. Any idea what caused it in case it happens again?
