How does my employee request a new expensify card ? Hers was lost and she has not activated it yet.

    Hi @Dawn_M_LR1! Thanks for reaching out. Folks can request a new Expensify card from the Expensify website via the account settings. Let the employee know they can navigate to Settings > Account > Credit Card Import and click on the "Request New Card" button to initiate the card replacement process.

    From here, they should enter the reason for the replacement card (lost the original) and confirm their shipping address. Once that's done, the card should arrive in 3-5 business days. 👍
