Missing data from Policy Tag

I have refreshed my my connection with NetSuite and I am missing data under on of my tags. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi @hayley1384 and welcome to the Community!
First, can you just make sure the information your missing in Expensify is still present in NetSuite? If so, can you try syncing your connection again (by going to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Connections then hit "Sync Now") and see if those Tags appear again.
