In regards to customized report field autopopulate option

It would be extremely useful for any report fields that are created for the policy to have the option to turn off auto populate. We have a field in our company that requires a user to enter a business reason for the report. With auto populate turned on it automatically brings the reason from the last submitted report into the field. If the user forgets to change the report reason it will have the wrong info.
By allowing the auto populate to be disabled they will be prompted to enter a business reason before submitting the report to their manager.
I understand the usefulness of the auto populate for certain report fields so I'm just asking for the ability to turn off auto populate on fields the policy admin specifies.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. However, I can see how this would be useful, and I think it would be a great addition to our Ideas section of the Customer Community. The most popular ideas found here are reviewed by the Expensify team and have a real chance of being placed on the roadmap!

I 100% agree that autopopulating the report fields is a huge defect. Report fields are the most critical parts of our reports and Expensify is forcing us to start with bad data. Having the wrong date, wrong customer, wrong location is a horrible accounting method.
The responses from concierge are very dissapointing. They don't see it as an issue and have no plans to fix it. I'm really dissappointed.
