It keeps changing the date to whatever expense I enter?
It sounds like your admin has enabled Default Report Titles. This means the title of your report will generate based on the formulas they have put in place for the group policy. When they choose to enable 'Enforce Default Report Title' this also means you do not have the ability to manually edit the report title.
