I'm trying to add a new employee to our expensify account however after countless tries, his amex isn't showing up as a card to assign to him.
Any ideas on a solve or what I might be doing wrong on this?
Hey Emily, A few questions. Does the card have posted transactions? If not, it won't show up until it does. If it does have posted transactions, can you clarify -- what type of Amex connection are you using? Is it a login connection (where you have to type your username and password), or it is a direct commercial feed (i.e. Amex@Work)?
As a note, it might be a bit easier to troubleshoot this particular issue via [email protected]!
