NetSuite Integration - unable to export expense reports
We are integrating Expensify with NetSuite, and all went well with Sandbox. We moved to PROD on Monday, and our first expense report bombed out - with the message " We could not find an employee nor a vendor matching xxx@xxx.com in NetSuite. Please ensure that at least one of these types of entities exist for this submitter in NetSuite, sync your connection, and try again."
We just moved to PROD. Everything worked fine in Sandbox, and now our first expense report in PROD bombed out. Need help in resolving, so we can go live.
Please note that we are bringing in expense reports as journals and and not as vendor bills or expense reports.
