Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward. How to update reimbursement bank account

Hi all, our main admin left the company and we need to update the reimbursement bank account to the current admin. However, the system still has prior person's name and we are not able to reimburse expenses. Did anyone else have this issue and what do you suggest we do? thank you!
