My uploaded receipt expense doesn't look anything like this even with the corrected steps. There's no place to input volunteer reimbursement as a category, there's no place for class, no place to change the policy. Can you guys help?

I put mine on a pre paid visa. But the kind that you buy from the store, but one that you order online. It acts like a bank account. I hope that helps!

Just wanted to come back and say that I received my reimbursement confirmation. It took about a week. I made sure my submission looked like the guide. I also went to the web page to edit the policy and class but you have to be accepted in before you can do that. Thank you Expensify.

We are all going through it right now, and even if I don't get a chance to get reimbursed, I am just grateful that Expensify went above and beyond to help as many people as they could. I would just like to say Thank you for the help. We unfortunately live in a "Me, Myself, and I" culture, which is apparent by some of the comments that people have posted, being impatient and not taking the time to read the information and/or instructions. The email I received back was no help at all, just referred me back to the page with step by step instructions. I just tried resubmitting everything today. Please help, can someone please let me know that I did this correctly so I at least know that this will eventually be processed? @Cl_dillon I have been “processing” since March 22, I have contacted them several times and always get the same response that they have several people to process and are doing it as fast as they can. Then, I saw on Facebook where their funds have been exhausted. It also appeared people who submitted after me received their money and I never received mine. I guess it was all a fluke, I’d believe it when I saw it in my bank account. I do not believe they went in order like they claimed. It was a nice gesture just wish they would have actually fulfilled it. It sure would have helped during this hard time.
